About Nishikido Ryo

Nishikido Ryo is a Japanese idol, singer, actor, and songwriter. He was a member of Japanese boy bands Kanjani8 and NEWS. He made his major debut in 2004 as an actor and a singer. Nishikido left NEWS due to scheduling conflicts making it difficult for him to persist as an active member of both NEWS and Kanjani8.  He ended his contract with Johnny & Associates on September 30, 2019.  On October 1st, 2019, he opened an instagram, started his own record label, and announced a solo album, a fanclub, and a tour.
