In 1971, a scientific expedition in Latin America uncovered an ancient artifact containing the remains of the demon Giff, leading to the creation of the Vistamps. In the present day, the remains of Giff now lie in the hands of a demon cult called the Deadmans, who seek to resurrect him by converting peoples’ inner demons into their fold. Fenix, a governmental organization opposing the Deadmans, have developed the Revice Driver for someone with complete control over their inner demon. Ikki Igarashi, a young man who runs a public bath with his family, comes into the acquisition of the belt while forming a contract with his inner demon Vice. Together, as Kamen Rider Revi and Vice, they are Kamen Rider Revice!

In the year 2021, the Devil of Mystery Diablo, who was sealed away in the Diablo Stamp, was released into the world. In the year 2071, 50 years from now, humanity has been enslaved by devils. Ryunosuke Momose, who transforms into Kamen Rider Century, travels to the year 2021 to defeat Diablo before he can gain the power to rule the world. Ikki Igarashi, Vice, and Touma Kamiyama join forces with Ryunosuke to prevent the uprising of a world soon to be dominated by devils.

Given a heart transplant by researcher Masumi Karizaki, Junpei is given the Vail Driver and is forced to hunt down demons, becoming a Kamen Rider that hunts down demons. Demons killed Junpei’s parents, and Junpei fights as Kamen Rider Vail with revenge in his heart…

A hijacking incident has occurred! Genta and Yukimi, alongside several other passengers, have been kidnapped by the criminal named Azuma and taken to the forbidden land known as Area 666. The Igarashi siblings rush to save the hostages but are met with Azuma, who transforms into Kamen Rider Daimon with a strange belt in his hand. He attacks the Igarashi siblings with the intent of judging humanity himself.

The mysterious scientist Soutomi, who was kidnapped alongside Genta and Yukimi, then reveals a great secret within the Igarashi family and hunts them down, while setting up a trap that prepares them for their greatest crisis ever.

At the end of the fierce battle with Azuma, what will become of the ultimate buddy that Ikki and Vice have? Will it shatter or transcend into an unwavering bond?

The special serves as the origin story of Nozomu Otani, a young man who inherits the powers of Kamen Rider Chimera from his friend Ryu Mukai.
