Synopsis

Set 25 years before Kamen Rider Revice, a dying and critically injured Junpei Shiranami is brought to NOAH, a scientific research organization. Given a heart transplant by researcher Masumi Karizaki, Junpei is given the Vail Driver and is forced to hunt down demons, becoming a Kamen Rider that hunts down demons. Demons killed Junpei’s parents, and Junpei fights as Kamen Rider Vail with revenge in his heart…
