Synopsis

Freelance editor Hana (Miyauchi Hitomi) has been in a relationship for three years, but because her boyfriend works in the same industry, every time they meet, their conversations revolve around work. While she knows they need to discuss their future together, neither of them seems fully satisfied with their careers, leaving them unable to take the next step in life.

When Hana travels alone to Guam to attend a friend’s wedding, she unexpectedly reunites with her former boyfriend, Kairi (Maeda Goki), for the first time in ten years. Their chance encounter rekindles memories of the past and forces Hana to confront the choices that have shaped her life.
As Hana and Kairi reminisce about their days as a couple, the laid-back atmosphere of Guam leads her to wonder about the life they might have had if they’d never broken up.

As their reunion unfolds – a continuation of the story that began ten years ago – Hana comes to realize where her real happiness lies and what is truly important in the present.

Set beneath the wide-open skies of Guam, far from the hustle and bustle of city life, this heartfelt story follows a group of adults as they come to terms with the consequences of their past choices and find the courage to move forward.
