Professional boxer Koki climbed to the top, becoming the Japanese lightweight champion two years ago. Shortly after, he was defeated, and in the two years since then, has lost the confidence to be able to climb back up to the top again. His girlfriend, Hana, is also ready to give up on him. Depressed, Koki finds a leaflet in town one day about 「一念発起システム」and asks about the place…

Maru is a messenger, who runs around Tokyo making deliveries to various offices. On his way home from work, he runs into Hide, another messenger, who tells Maru that he wants to go to the countryside.

After missing the last train after their best friend’s wedding, Ko, Reiji, and Yasumasa are dropped off at a small train station in the countryside.

A teacher, a salaried worker, and an aspiring painter, three people with vague anxieties walk the dark streets at night and pour out their thoughts.
