Synopsis

This drama tells the story of a married couple whose lives are shattered by betrayal and infidelity.
 
Sasajima Aiko, a devoted wife who left the workforce to build a happy family life, discovers that her husband, Sasajima Seiichi, a successful employee at a prestigious corporation, is having an affair. Believing he would eventually return to her, Aiko endures the pain and struggles to hold their marriage together. However, when she is confronted with an even more shocking truth, everything changes.
 
After learning she is pregnant, Aiko makes the life-changing decision to raise her child on her own. Determined to focus solely on her own happiness and the future of her child, she begins forging a new path forward.
 
Meanwhile, Seiichi comes to realize both the depth of his foolish mistakes and the strength of his love for Aiko. Hoping for a second chance, he sets out on a heartfelt journey to repair the damage he has caused and win back the woman he loves.
