Synopsis

High school student Ochiai Mikoto was about to commit suicide from the school rooftop when she is interrupted by listless, gambling addicted “scum teacher” Haiba Jin, who thereafter followed her around at every opportunity. Over time, the smart but pessimistic Mikoto gradually began to open up to him.
One year has passed since the pair’s fateful meeting that day, and as they navigate high school assignments and celebrate birthdays, the origins of the mutual attraction between the two is gradually revealed…
