Synopsis

On the surface, high school student Kyouko Hori is well known for her academic capability but she has always been hiding another side of her. When she gets home from school she takes on a relaxed appearance, instead taking care of her younger brother and forgoing a social life outside of school.  At school, she meets Izumi Miyamura, the brooding, glasses-wearing otaku who hides behind his hair and tends to be quite reserved. When she bumps into him outside of school one day, she realizes he is a completely different person, sporting nine piercings and a tattoo. Despite their polar opposites, the two become fast friends, sharing with each other a side that they’ve not yet shared to anyone else. Based on a manga.
