Synopsis

One month has passed since the murder case in District 5 was solved. Toru is knocked unconscious and in critical condition after an attack by Hongo Shizuku. Hikari fears for Toru’s safety and visits him frequently at the hospital, but Toru is suffering from his betrayal of his brother Higuchi and the crimes he committed, and spends dark days in his hospital room. Then one day, the emergency control room receives a call about a hospital lockdown. However, the incident, which was thought to be just a simple hospital lockdown, has a surprising story behind it… The three incidents intertwine, and the case comes to an unexpected conclusion!
