Synopsis

Prosecutor Nao and lawyer Madoka have shared a strange relationship for 13 years. They dated for seven years starting in their student days, and even after breaking up, they continued to introduce each other’s new partners and trade sarcastic jabs whenever the chance arose. One day, in the “Minato Mirai Serial Pushing Case” handled by Nao, a victim is killed, causing the incident to escalate dramatically. Amid the growing seriousness of the case, Madoka, who had vowed never to take on criminal cases, unexpectedly becomes the defense attorney for the suspect. Thus, the former lovers Nao and Madoka find themselves facing each other in court as prosecutor and defense lawyer.
