Synopsis

Tsukuda Industries and Teikoku Heavy Industries mobilized all employees and finally completed the automated tractor Landcrow. However, sales have been sluggish in the weeks since its launch. On the other hand, the Darwin tractor developed by Gear Ghost and Daedalus, enjoys a strong start, and the gap between the two keeps widening. Aiming to turn the situation around, Teikoku Heavy Industries’ Matoba Shunichi, a director who is a candidate to be the next company president after Toma Hideki, resorts to some drastic action. That is to exert pressure on the subcontractors that are helping the Darwin team and yet have business connections with Teikoku Heavy Industries. Although their rival’s momentum has been broken in an unexpected fashion, Tsukuda Kohei and his employees have mixed feelings about this because they have not received fair recognition of their own technological capabilities. Meanwhile, Shigeta Toshiyuki, the company president of Daedalus, and Itami Dai, the CEO of Gear Ghost, make an unanticipated move. At this moment, Tonomura Naohiro’s rice fields are about to be battered by a massive typhoon. Tsukuda and Zaizen Michio, the head of Teikoku Heavy Industries’ space planning and promotion group, unite and make a stand against the force of nature.
