Synopsis

The setting is a girls’ high school. In the gymnasium after school, the badminton club is practicing hard for the school’s intramural selection.

Komine Yuki, a senior in high school and the ace of the badminton club is popular and well-liked by everyone because of her cheerful personality. On the day the doubles pairings are announced, Komine’s partner is the second-best player, Suzuno Hinan, who has suddenly started to improve her skills recently. Although Nichinan is shy and lacks self-confidence, Yuki encourages her to gradually open up to her and they become close friends.

Yuki always has an excited smile on her face, while Hinan is quiet and always has her phone in her hand. They are polar opposites, but their harmonious play overwhelms their teammates.

Then, Yuki and Nichinan have a match against a professional player who is an alumnus of the team. In addition, Yuki’s boyfriend Soejima, a college student, is also there. While Yuki is happily talking with Soejima, Hinan looks thoughtful with her phone in her hand….

This is a story of love (=LOVE) and me (=ME).

For both Yuki and Nichinan, the sad, fleeting, and treasured thoughts and words of their love eventually intersect in an unexpected story.
