Synopsis

In this special, Oiwa and his team investigate the murder of Oshio Takayo, an employee of a food production company. On the night of the incident, it was discovered that a woman dressed in retro Showa fashion was present at the scene. An artisan confectioner named Nagai Kyoko, who runs a café with a concept inspired by the Showa era, emerges as a suspect. Amidst this, it emerges that there’s a connection to an unsolved kidnapping case from over 20 years ago in the Heisei era, prompting Oiwa and his team to embark on an investigation spanning across the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras.
