Synopsis

Final SP for the drama series “Kasouken no Onna” starring Sawaguchi Yasuko that brings the 26 year series to a close.
 
It centers on Sakaki Mariko, a forensic scientist at the Kyoto Prefectural Police Crime Lab, and highlights the work of researchers who use their specialized skills in forensic medicine, physics, chemistry, document analysis, and more to uncover the truth behind cases.
The setting of “Final” is the Smart Mobility Demonstration Zone in Kyoto City, a cutting-edge experimental area where advanced technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), AI (artificial intelligence), and autonomous driving systems have been introduced on a trial basis.
 
Suddenly, multiple IoT devices spiral out of control simultaneously, and a development staff member at a robotics company is killed after being caught in a deadly explosion.
