The famous duo are back in this winter special that airs before the start of Season 2. Nagase learns that his best friend from college is having trouble making repayments on a loan for a house he bought through Nagase. Meanwhile Tsukishita realizes that her grandfather is about to be deceived by a group of real estate fraudsters. Will the two of them be able to protect their loved ones through real estate?

Second season following Nagase Saichi, a real estate salesman who can’t lie, and Tsukishita Sakura, who always puts the customer first.

Kamiki Ryoma, a real estate agent from Minerva Real Estate who appeared as Nagase’s rival in Season 2, works with his team to tackle social issues like vacant houses, owner changes, and power of attorney.

This film adaptation of the “Honest Real Estate” drama series is a comedy depicting the struggles of Nagase Saichi, a real estate salesman who has become unable to tell lies, and his junior colleague Tsukishita Sakura, who lives by a customer-first philosophy.
 
In the film, Nagase confronts a whirlwind of challenges in the real estate industry, including overseas real estate investment fraud, past contract troubles from his “Liar Nagase” era, a mysterious large-scale development plan by a former colleague who is a real estate broker, and the malicious and sophisticated land acquisition strategies deployed by his longtime rival company, Minerva Real Estate.
