About Akimoto Manatsu

Akimoto Manatsu is an idol singer, television personality and actress. She is a member of idol group Nogizaka46.

While in high school, she passed auditions for Nogizaka46 and was placed a member of the first generation. She become a full active member of the idol group when she completed high school in 2012. She became a main selection member and remains active within the group today. She was named second captain in August 2019.

She made her acting debut in the 2013 Bad Boys J. She has appeared in many television variety shows.
