Synopsis

In the first movie, the MER team took on a mission in Yokohama, followed by high-stakes operations across Okinawa and Kagoshima in the second film. Their next stage is Tokyo – the very birthplace of MER.
As the title suggests, the story unfolds in Japan’s capital, Tokyo, which has plunged into a critical crisis.
The film follows the MER team as they face the biggest – and final – battle in the entire series.
 
A massive earthquake strikes Tokyo with an eerie roar, instantly crippling the capital’s core functions. As accidents and fires erupt across the city, endless traffic jams block emergency vehicles from reaching those in need. Faced with such a merciless disaster, people can only stand frozen in shock, powerless before the devastation.
Can the reborn TOKYO MER rescue a city buried beneath flames and rubble?
