Synopsis

Kinoshita Ninako (Arimura Kasumi) is a first-year high school student who has never fallen in love. One day on the train ride home, she meets her classmate Ichinose Ren (Fukushi Sota), a cool and popular boy admired by girls all over the school. As they begin to talk more often, Ninako finds herself drawn to Ren’s unexpectedly kind words and warm smile – feelings she’s never experienced before. She soon realizes she’s fallen in love with him. However, Ren already has a girlfriend, Mayuka, an older girl he’s been dating since junior high. Even after learning this, Ninako can’t suppress her feelings and decides to confess to him anyway, but her confession is rejected. Despite putting on a mature front in his relationship with Mayuka, Ren finds himself slowly changed by Ninako’s honest, heartfelt emotions.
