Synopsis

This work is a social entertainment drama centered around high school newspaper club members uncovering the dark secrets of adults. Tokoro Yui, a literature enthusiast, enrols in the prestigious academy where her admired writer Konoha Midorimachi is said to be a student, and takes the entrance test for the literature club. However, during the test, a scouting drone from the newspaper club hits her on the head, causing her to miss the chance to join. Furthermore, upon learning that Konoha’s true identity is unknown within the school, Yui is asked by the literature club president to find out his true identity as a condition for joining. She then infiltrates the newspaper club, which is said to have information on him. There, Yui becomes attracted to the charm of newspapers and journalism as she works as a rookie reporter named “Torokko.”
