Titles

One of my all time favorites and have rewatched many times. Has the typical case of the week format with another one in the back slowly developing until it becomes the main focus. Has good character development, great dynamics between the main characters, and really, really good writing.

I'm very picky with modern Sherlock Holmes adaptions, but this was really good. Really appreciated they didn't try to adapt the cases as they are, but took a different approach with having them as references. The dynamic of these two is different than the original Holmes and Watson, but they still care for each other and carry their quirks. You'll predict the ending if you're familiar with the original stories, but I still loved it and enjoyed it a lot.

Sherlock: Untold Stories

Comments: I'm very picky with modern Sherlock Holmes adaptions, but this was really good. Really appreciated they didn't try to adapt the cases as they are, but took a different approach with having them as references. The dynamic of these two is different than the original Holmes and Watson, but they still care for each other and carry their quirks. You'll predict the ending if you're familiar with the original stories, but I still loved it and enjoyed it a lot.

Then Anna starts living with them and the dynamic of this found family was again so sweet and heartwarming to watch. Would have benefited if it was longer with how rushed some parts seemed, especially the final episode. Still, it had a good conclusion and I still love this found family a lot.

Oishii Rikon Todokemasu

This was so chaotic and so entertaining to watch. The duo are hilarious together, but there is so much trust between them as you get to see it with how their relationship develops, especially as the story goes on and they share a couple of vulnerable moments together. That scene in episode 9 when they share a meal is a favorite of mine. Also, Higure is so, so sweet and caring, I love him so much!!

Comments: This was so chaotic and so entertaining to watch. The duo are hilarious together, but there is so much trust between them as you get to see it with how their relationship develops, especially as the story goes on and they share a couple of vulnerable moments together. That scene in episode 9 when they share a meal is a favorite of mine. Also, Higure is so, so sweet and caring, I love him so much!!

Easily became my favorite Asadora. Truly loved seeing Toki's growth. Toki and Heaven's relationship is so sweet. They truly love, trust, and care for each other, even far before they fell in love and got married. I usually struggle with Asadoras because of their length you end up at times seeing the writing suffering or just some odd writing choices, but the writing of this was great overall. It had me tearing up quite a bit, especially the final week, but it was so good.

Comments: Another show with a crime of the week format, but still having its overall main case. The dynamic of the trio was interesting and fun to witness developing. Really hilarious and does exaggerate the comedy aspect at times, but still entertaining to watch. Everything tied up together well at the end and loved the conclusion of it.

A very old watch. Was so entertaining to watch. Love how they incorporated the traditional Rakugo stories to the episodes' plots and you end the episodes with a modern retelling of them.
