Synopsis

Katagiri Mirei (Ishii Anna), who endured severe bullying over her appearance since childhood, undergoes cosmetic surgery before starting university to achieve a beautiful face. During the pre-enrollment orientation where new students gather, Katagiri receives compliments on her appearance from classmates and attracts attention from male students.

While internally elated despite her uncertainty, Katagiri’s joy proves short-lived when her plastic surgery secret is exposed through an unexpected incident. To complicate matters further, she unexpectedly reunites with Sakaguchi Kei (Honda Kyoya), her attractive former middle school classmate who knows her pre-surgery appearance…!?
