Synopsis

This world is full of vermin. Wrongdoings by ordinary people run rampant. Food mislabelling, high school girls’ compensated dating, businesses that exploit employees, law-evading drugs … … There is a man who keeps on fighting despite lamenting about the high number of cases. He is Asakura Sohei of the Community Safety Bureau’s Special Crime Prevention Division at the National Police Agency. Because the Special Crime Prevention Division, which is also known as Tokubou, only has two persons, even the police do not know what it does. On the outside, it seems like an easy position.
