“Spring!” – A Refreshing Youth Love Story Centered on Essay Writing

Osaka Aoi, a high school honor student, unexpectedly fails the preliminary examination for a national university where her acceptance was considered guaranteed. Murase Tasuku, a male classmate who also failed, invites her to join him in supplementary essay writing lessons to prepare for the secondary examination.
The story portrays a unique drama theme rarely explored – essay writing – while depicting the struggles and romance of high school students. Aoi, the quiet and unassuming protagonist, and Tasuku, a bright and popular student, are two individuals whose paths would never normally cross. However, as they face the challenge of essay writing together over three days, their hearts gradually draw closer to each other.
