Synopsis

A forty-something magazine editor who had spent his career chasing only his own ego finds himself in ruins – his workplace is a mess, no one stands by him, and all he’s gained are grudges and resentment. In the midst of it all, he suddenly gets an idea: a magazine dedicated solely to Shiba Inu. After all, the only one still by his side is his Shiba. As misfits and oddballs forced into his orbit begin to gather and attempt to launch the magazine, chaos ensues—tension, clashes, and loud arguments. But quietly watching it all are the gentle, beautiful eyes of a dog.
 
And so, inspired by the dog, as new ideas begin to take shape; one by one, the wounded hearts of the people involved start to heal. In this bleak, rootless Reiwa-era world of fractured human relationships, it is the pure-hearted dog who offers comfort and guidance.
