Synopsis

Based on the comic essays by Mizutani Midori, the story follows the protagonist Madoka, a medical resident who believes that “doctors deserve happiness too!” The series depicts her intense two-year journey as she faces challenges from veteran doctors in a healthcare environment that’s transforming due to the Reiwa era’s work reform initiatives, all while confronting life both as a physician and as a woman.
