Synopsis

Stubborn math lecturer Honami Takashi suddenly finds himself abandoned by his family after his wife leaves him. Hoping to change his life, he visits a small reading-aloud class on the outskirts of town. There, alongside a mysterious female teacher and a group of quirky classmates, he begins lessons to discover a new version of himself. Set in the quietly booming world of reading-aloud schools, this heartwarming human comedy humorously and poignantly portrays the struggles of an awkward man trying to find his place.
