Synopsis

Konno Ayaka stars as Hattori Maika, an employee at a hotel management company who discovers her soon-to-be-married boyfriend has been two-timing her. In her moment of despair, crying alone in the hallway, she’s spotted by none other than company president Satori Shun (Suzuki Jin), the handsome young heir to a major corporation whose looks turn every head.

Shun proposes an unexpected arrangement: “Let’s become fake lovers and get revenge together.”

When Maika questions his motives, she learns that Shun also needs help evading his own fiancée. As they begin their performance as a couple, his tender words of encouragement and sweet whispers are meant to be “just acting” – yet Maika finds herself at risk of mistaking them for reality.
Despite the relationship being founded on mutual benefit, Maika’s heart begins to fill with genuine feelings. But Shun appears to be harboring secrets of his own… This dramatic romance follows two people brought together by convenience, only to find something deeper emerging between them.
