Synopsis

Kisara Hanae was always known as the strong-willed cheerful and tenacious type who retired from karate due to a sudden accident. Since then, her life hits a low point, but despite feeling listless she eventually is encouraged to take on a part-time job as a cleaner for a company run by her childhood friend Shingo. During this time, she meets failed musician and one-hit-wonder Ashida Haruki, who happens to be the artist of one of her favorite songs. Hanae has never been in love since her world revolved around her devotion for karate. One day, Ashida proposes they date each other to learn about love. Since Hanae is harboring a secret of her own that she feels unwilling to tell anyone, she decides that she has nothing to lose by giving this “love” a chance. Natsukawa Shingo, who was always by her side, frets about their new-found relationship, and a love triangle develops.
