Synopsis

Wakaba has been deeply inspired since childhood by JETS, the Fukui Central High School cheer dance team that won the US National Championship. She dreams of joining the same team and winning the championship herself. However, it was her sister Aoi who fulfilled this dream instead.

In her second year, on a summer day, Wakaba is approached by Kiryu Shiori, a transfer student from Tokyo, who unexpectedly says, “Let’s do cheer dance together!” Initially annoyed by Shiori’s forceful approach, Wakaba eventually becomes inspired by her passion for cheer dance, which reignites her dormant dreams.

Can these six girls learn to perform cheer dance successfully? Meanwhile, Wakaba overhears Aoi discussing an important decision with their parents. Though shaken by Aoi’s choice, Wakaba makes her own decision and visits Tomenaga Hikari, the coach of JETS.
