Ando Natsu

Synopsis

Ando Natsu, whose dream is to become a patissiere, finds herself jobless after the shop owner’s sudden death. She goes to Tokyo in search for another job at a confectionary, but unfortunately the recruiting period has ended and there are no available positions. While there she encounters “Mangetsudo,” the well-established Japanese confectionery run by veteran confectioners Umekichi, Takezo, and Mitsuko, and a chance event leads to her joining the company as a part-time employee. Although her position is mainly serving customers, she gains an interest and starts to learn more about the world of Japanese confectionary.
