Synopsis

Shison Jun plays Kim Min-seok / Aoki Sho, a young man who lost his Japanese parents at an early age and was adopted into one of South Korea’s most powerful chaebol families. Once considered the heir apparent, he is ousted from his Korean home following his adoptive father’s death, and returns to Japan for the first time in 23 years. There, he meets a doctor who also carries the pain of losing her father in an accident. Unknown to either of them, the two had actually crossed paths in childhood — and across 23 years, they find themselves irresistibly drawn to each other. But one unexpected trial after another stands in their way.

The title references a Korean proverb meaning: “If you persevere and keep trying, you can eventually achieve anything, no matter how difficult.”
