Synopsis

Morishita Subaru was just about to marry his girlfriend Miki after three years of being together, but one day, she tragically passed away in a car accident. Consumed by unspeakable grief and sorrow, Subaru drifted through his days in a daze. At the urging of his mother, he decides to return to his hometown in Gifu for the first time in a while. His mother had also lost her husband in an accident and still carried the emotional scars from it. He thought the pain would never heal, but through a strange and mysterious experience, Subaru gradually begins to come to terms with Miki’s death.
