Synopsis

Yuji Oda plays Takashi Tokura who is headhunted by Ando to work at Izumida Hospital that is famous for assembling the best doctors in the country. Tokura is tired of the constrained ways of his university hospital and decides to go somewhere he will be properly remunerated for his talents. On his first day the hospital receives a request to take a critical emergency patient – a murderous thief. Learning this, Tokura ignores the instructions of his boss Keiichiro and accepts the patient. The man was shot by police and is critically ill. Tokura had his reasons for ignoring direct orders and treating the man. Detective Yukiko Mizusawa regretfully shot the robber. Tokura is amazingly able to save the man but…. The story is about the various mysteries behind the destinies of Tokura and Yukiko.
