Synopsis

The story revolves around four elite wives, each harboring their own secrets, who live affluent lives in the luxurious residential area of “Sky Castle,” with their husbands working as doctors at the prestigious “Teito Hospital.” While they ruthlessly compete for their husbands’ promotions and their children’s entrance exams, they find themselves entangled in a series of mysterious incidents occurring in Sky Castle.
