About TETSUYA

Originally a member of Nidaime J Soul Brothers, when the group merged with Exile in 2009, he became one of the Exile Performers. In 2011, he established the EXILE PErformance Institue and became the company’s director.

In 2016, he became a visiting associate professor at Mimasaka University to examine the impact of dance on children. In 2018, he received his master’s degree from Waseda University Graduate School of Sports Sciences.

In 2019, he was appointed the president of EXPG High School. He is also the director of the coffee brand Amazing Coffee.

He halted performance activities in 2019 after being diagnosed with bilateral patellar subluxation syndrome.
