Synopsis

Sachi is a single mother who is the owner of a piano bar. One day, she receives a call that her son, Takashi, has been killed by a shark attack in Halalei Bay, Hawaii. His foot was completely severed off in the attack. She heads to Hawaii to arrange for the transfer of the body. Ten years pass and Sachi has visited Hanalei Bay yearly on the anniversary date of her son’s death. One year, she meets two young surfers, Takashi and Miyake. The three of them form an unlikely bond.
