Synopsis

Natsume Shunpei is a talented conductor who has been active overseas since he was in his twenties. He has performed with many well renowned orchestras worldwide, and is extremely passionate towards music, which, in turn inspired and ignited the passion within other musicians. Due to an incident that happened five years ago, his family, including his daughter, left him and Shunpei was alone ever since.
 
For the first time in decades, Shunpei returns to Japan in order to conduct for the Harumi Philmarhonic, a civil orchestra on the verge of disbanding. As a result, he begins living with his daughter Hibiki, who he has not seen in five years. Hibiki is the polar opposite of her father and hates music, choosing to live her life without it. As he faces his daughter once more, an awkward life of cohabitation begins.
