Synopsis

Set 100 years in the future, in the year 2125, this sci-fi story—based on the novel by Ogawa Satoshi—takes place 40 years after humanity has colonized Mars. While the residents long to live freely, Martian society is quietly shaken under the control of the ISDA (Interplanetary Space Development Agency). Amid this tension, a mysterious phenomenon suddenly appears—something beyond human understanding. Who created it? Why is it here? Is it a beacon of hope for humanity, or a harbinger of disaster?
 
The story centers on Lili-E1102, a visually impaired girl born on Mars. In order to fulfill a promise she made to Shiraishi Aoto, a young ISDA officer living on Earth, she endures grueling training and resolves to board a spaceship bound for Earth. But just as her journey begins, Lili is caught in a catastrophic incident that upends her fate—an event that sets in motion a deeper conflict between Mars and Earth.
