Synopsis

Yuiko Ebihara (Tanabe Momoko), nicknamed “Ebi-ko,” works in the PR department of a clothing manufacturer. Seeing herself as a “pathetic little shrimp who could never become a sea bream,” she drifts through life while secretly dreaming of dating a high-spec sea bream guy. But when her “no complaints, but nothing special” boyfriend dumps her, she decides it’s time for a real relationship. “Even a small shrimp like me might be able to reel in a high-spec sea bream guy!?” Determined to turn her passive life around, she takes her first steps toward true love.
