Haken no Hinkaku

Omae Haruko (Shinohara Ryoko) is such an excellant temp worker that she gives conditions to the staffing company. The conditions are that her contract term is for 3 months only, working time is from 9am to 6pm on weekdays only and no extra work or work expected on holidays. Omae Haruko is pretty much able to do anything including making tea, operating a crane, speaking Russian, elevator maintenance, cooking, etc. All of this is possible because she excels at working. One thing Omae Haruko isn’t so good at is hanging around regular employees. Meanwhile, Mori Miyuki (Kato Ai) is dispatched with Omae Haruko. They go to work at a well established food company in Tokyo.

Omae Haruko (Shinohara Ryoko) is an A-rank super temporary worker who possesses many skills and qualifications. She will only do the scope stipulated in her contract and never works overtime or on her days off. Although she baffles her colleagues, they gradually come to accept her. The hiring system in Japan where new graduates were set for life if they got into a company and became full-time employees ended in the Heisei era. It is an illusion now and the Japanese people have also shown big changes in their attitudes towards work.
