Synopsis

The team behind Fuji TV’s acclaimed real horror entertainment drama ‘True Scary Stories’ brings you a ‘real estate mystery horror drama’ that infuses horror elements into real estate mysteries!

The setting is Iwakura Real Estate, which investigates whether ghosts actually exist in stigmatized properties. The story follows timid investigator Mayama Yuto and new employee Shinonome An, who was born in a temple famous for warding off evil and exorcising spirits, as they investigate properties requested by certain individuals.

The original work is based on a book of the same name by Kodama Kazutoshi, who has been involved in rental property management for 15 years and has seen over 7,000 rooms, compiling episodes from his own experiences.
