Synopsis

An anthology of short scary stories that realistically depicts events and situations that people have previously experienced. Based on testimonies given by viewers who have had psychic experiences, it portrays the fear and anxieties of psychic phenomena that they are confronted with.

“Mieru!?:” Katori Shingo takes on the role of Isomura Takeshi, a high school teacher who can see into the future.
“Antan no Heya:” Mori Nana is Toyama Shiori, a university graduate who begins working as a babysitter. The story depicts her experience after she opens a door to a room with an eerie presence in the home where she’s been assigned.
“Mayanaka no Chime:” Yamauchi Kenji plays a salesman who dozes off while practicing his knife-selling pitch in his apartment, only to waken to the sound of a persistent chime. Nervously peeking through the door’s peephole, he sees a dark figure standing outside. However, when he opens the door, the chime stops and the figure has vanished. The next day, when he calls on his neighbor to deliver a circular notice, he is warned to avoid going out at night.
“Kyosaku no Kekkai”: Suffering with severe abdominal cramps, Kinoshita Masashi (Sakaguchi) is taken to a general hospital. Although his condition was not life threatening, he was hospitalized for further testing. Even during the day, the interior of the hospital was dim, enveloping the entire place in an unusual and unsettling atmosphere. After meeting a mysterious trembling woman (Kadowaki), Kinoshita starts seeing her everywhere. His work subordinate Mishima Kazushige calls the place “The Rumored Ghost Hospital” which gives him the chills. Later that evening, he returns to his hospital room…..
“Mishiranu Douryou”: The story unfolds in the laboratory of a research institute, where Nukumi Meru is a research assistant who is struggling to adapt to their male-dominated job and works alone every day, weighed down by their anxiety. One night, Hatsune saw a woman in a lab coat at the end of the corridor in the research institute. She felt happy, thinking there was another female researcher working hard just like her, and began looking for an opportunity to talk to her someday. When she mentioned this to a senior researcher, she was told that she was the only woman working during that time….
