Synopsis

Based on a popular novel by Fujioka Yoko, who herself has experience as a nurse. The drama’s story begins with the protagonist, who has lost her passion for work, time-slipping to become a military nurse in the Philippines in 1945. Despite the harsh wartime conditions with scarce resources and constantly facing death, the story depicts how the protagonist gradually regains her will to live through her daily experiences with her comrades, never losing hope.
