Synopsis

A story about three 16-year-old high school girls, each living in a different environment and location.
 
Kurosaki Akari one day meets Harumi Yusuke, a 31-year-old struggling guitarist. Without revealing her true identity, Akari prefaces her story by saying it is about a friend, and begins to talk about the harsh circumstances and painful past faced by a woman named “Akari.”
 
Suzumori Kaori, unable to forgive her parents’ betrayal, discovers that her father is seeing another woman and her mother is also having an affair to cope with her loneliness. After enduring the situation, Kaori finally asks her parents to divorce.
 
Osawa Shiho is a lonely girl who always seems isolated in her classroom and has a deep fascination with fossils. Concerned for her, classmate Shibuya Kaito makes various efforts to help her open up. As Shiho gradually begins to trust him, the two go fossil hunting together one day, where Shiho starts to reveal the traumatic and heartbreaking past she experienced.
