Synopsis

Based on the life of Yoshida Shigeru, Japan’s prime minister who fought for Japanese independence after WWII. Yoshida was neither a politician nor a military man. He was just an ambassador who loved peace and diplomacy and wanted to see a world where peace was restored and Japan was recognized as an equal and free country in the League of Nations.
