Zen Ryōiki Ijou Kaiketsu Shitsu

This work is a mystery drama about a special investigative unit known as the “All domain Anomaly Resolution Office” (commonly called “Zen-Ketsu”), which solves baffling cases that even cutting-edge scientific methods can’t unravel. It depicts how the Zen-ketsu tackle bizarre phenomena that defy modern scientific understanding, such as “Kamikakushi,” where people suddenly and mysterious disappear; “Shadow Man” black shadowy figures that appear out of nowhere; and “Kitsunetsuki,” where specific individuals fall into an abnormal psychological state.
 
Okitama Miyabi (Fujiwara Tatsuya) is the deputy head of Zen-Ketsu. Miyabi is a specialist who possesses extraordinary knowledge, memory, and insight, guiding the team in solving mysterious and perplexing cases. His actions and statements as he meticulously examines crime scenes and builds convincing hypotheses are shrouded in mystery, making him a person whose true intentions remain unclear.

The theatrical version of Zen Ryōiki Ijou Kaiketsu Shitsu will be released in 2027.
 
In the upcoming film adaptation, screenwriter Kuroiwa Tsutomu, director Ishikawa Junichi, and producer Narikawa Hiroaki reunite to deliver a completely original story.
 
While the TV drama focused on the battle between the Zenketsu team and the mysterious god Hiruko, as well as the timeless bond between Okitama and Koyume the movie picks up where the series left off. This time, the threat extends beyond the realm of the gods to endanger the human world as well.
 
Set in an ancient capital where deities dwell, a massive incident unfolds, shaking the balance between the world of gods and humans. A series of inexplicable supernatural phenomena erupts, drawing not only the ZENKETSU members but also their counterparts in Kyoto into an unprecedented spectacle.
