Bussanten no Onna

This work, based on the novel of the same name is a human drama that spotlights food buyers whose profession is to “discover” products for merchandise exhibitions. Hasumi Haruka, a food buyer at “Kanetaya,” is tasked with managing the Miyazaki merchandise exhibition, a key project of the company’s president. Despite being somewhat frustrated by her less enthusiastic junior colleague Takashiro Minoru, she remains motivated. Then, before her appears Mikuriya Kyoko, known as the “legendary charismatic food buyer.” Her ability to instantly understand the circumstances and culinary passions of reluctant store owners, moving people’s hearts, begins to influence both Haruka and Takashiro.

However, just before the fair is set to open, the Takasaki pasta restaurant that was scheduled to participate suddenly contacts them to refuse its appearance.
After learning about a potential replacement restaurant from the mayor, Haruka enters into negotiations—but things don’t go smoothly.
