Izawa Miyuki (Kuriyama Chiaki) works as a sales rep for a real estate company. She is well-trusted by the company and the job is a breeze for her. But little does everyone know, she has a hidden passion. She spends all of her time outside of work drinking and thinking about alcohol. Her motto is, “No matter what I activities I do, I’ll make it taste the best!” She takes on various activities like going to the sauna, camping, mountain climbing, and other activities just to get that refreshing taste of alcohol afterwards.

This is the story of one woman’s relentless pursuit of drinking well.

Season 2 continues with the story of Izawa Miyuki, a woman who greatly enjoys her evening drinks.

Kuriyama continues in her role as Miyuki, who devotes herself to activities like yoga, sauna, sports, and mountain climbing solely for the sake of the best evening drink.

In Season 4, Miyuki’s world expands even further and levels up! A rival real estate company enters the scene, and a brand-new convenience store makes its debut. Plus, new faces join the local shopping street, adding even more excitement to Miyuki’s passionate pursuit of the perfect evening drink!

For the first time in the series, this TV Tokyo late-night drama will air across two consecutive cours — a rare move for the network. Premiering in the July 2025 cour as the Summer Arc and continuing in the October 2025 cour as the Fall & Winter Arc, the evolved world of Banshaku no Ryuugi (The Way of the Evening Drink) is ready to unfold!
