About Kikuma Yukino

Kikuma Yukino is a lawyer and former announcer for Fuji Television.

She worked for FujiTV for 13 years as an announcer. In 1998, she suffered injury to her waist and lower back while reporting on a device that allowed occupants to evacuate a multi-story building through a window. The device affixed to the side of the building would safely lower the person from the higher storied window to the ground. In her demonstration, the device was improperly secured resulting in her falling from the fourth floor onto the mat laid on the ground below. She fully recovered after three months. In 2007, Kikuma retired as announcer from FujiTV and began her law studies. In 2010, she passed the bar exam, and in 2012  joined Matsuo & Kosugi Law Office where she is now partner. She handles cases of various corporate issues and lawsuits, crisis management and corporate governance issues, as well as entertainment related issues.

She still freelances as a TV announcer.
