Synopsis

Sakurai Moe (Toma Ami) has been frail since childhood, unable to attend school and spending all her days at home. One day, she receives a heartbreaking diagnosis: she has only a short time left to live. Her family is devastated, but for a certain reason, Moe makes a bold decision—she will go to high school.

On the day of the entrance ceremony, Moe suddenly confesses her feelings to Satō Hinata (Saito Jun), a classmate she has just met. Though taken aback, Hinata finds himself swept up in Moe’s relentless pursuit, and the two begin dating. As they experience their first romantic relationship, their bond gradually deepens.

On Moe’s birthday, June 4th, the two set out to see the Strawberry Moon, a full moon said to bind lovers together for eternity—something Moe has always dreamed of witnessing with someone special. However, after that night, Moe vanishes from school, and Hinata is unable to contact her. The story unravels the mystery behind Moe’s disappearance and the truth that arrives 13 years later.
